ENERGY INTELLIGENT HYBRID SYSTEM

Zentegra Energy developed an advanced hybrid energy system, designed to deliver reliable, efficient, and low-emission power for commercial & industrial, mining operations, utilities, and remote infrastructure.

It continuously analyses real-time load demand, solar availability, and battery state of charge to intelligently dispatch energy across all sources. This enables significant reductions in diesel consumption, lower operating costs, and improved asset performance without compromising power quality or uptime.

How it Work?

Our technologies provides reliable connection, monitoring, and grid-compatible power control for either On-Grid or Off-Grid Power Systems, including PV Solar Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Diesel Generators (DG) and other distributed energy resources (DER).

HIGH SOLAR AVAILABILITY

(DAYTIME)

  • Solar PV supplies most or all load

  • Excess solar goes to:

    • Charge BESS

  • Diesel Generator:

    • OFF or running at minimum stable load (if required)

MEDIUM SOLAR

(PARTIAL SUN / CLOUDS)

  • BPV supplies part of load

  • BESS fills gaps instantly (fast response)

  • Diesel Generator remains OFF or minimal

NIGHT (NO SOLAR)

  • Solar PV = 0

  • BESS supplies load first

  • Diesel Generator starts only if:

    • Battery SOC low OR

    • Load is high

PEAK LOAD / LOW BATTERY

  • Diesel generator takes main load

  • BESS supports transient peaks (reduces DG stress)
